P1 - 3 Sports Day Arrangements

 

Apologies for the typo on Friday's note - Kidzacademy option is from 1 - 2pm (not 11!)

I've added a little more detail but essentially the same as last years arrangements

Parents of P1 - 3 children to arrive for 9.30 with races beginning by 9.45am.

 

Races planned to finish by 11am.

 

Pupils may go home with parents or remain in school. Pickups between 11 - 12 by parents not attending can also be facilitated via the office / reception area.

 

12 - 1pm remaining pupils - normal lunch and play time.

 

1pm school finish for all remaining P1-3 pupils.

 

Kidzacademy is available from 1 - 2pm - places are free. Booking essential via Kidzacademy website.

 

Normal Kidzacedmy will run from 2 - 4pm and StayN PLay will run from 2 - 6pm.

 

If Sports Day is unable to happen, normal school routines will resume.
